Booking online takes about a minute. What you get in return is a chauffeur who is already watching your flight, a fixed fare that never moves, and a spotless Mercedes-Benz V-Class waiting at arrivals. Here is what every booking includes, whether you land at Chania (CHQ), Heraklion (HER) or arrive by ferry at Souda or Kissamos port.
Prices are set per vehicle, not per person, and shown before you confirm. Tolls, luggage, child seats and airport parking are included. No meter, no surge pricing and no prepayment.
Add your flight number and we follow it in real time. Early or late, your chauffeur is in arrivals with a name board, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are complimentary.
Every ride is in our own Mercedes-Benz V-Class with leather seats, Wi-Fi, chilled water and room for seven guests and their luggage. We never pass your booking on to another operator.

Where We Drive
Most guests land at Chania and head west. These are the journeys we drive every day, each one quoted as a fixed Chania airport transfer fare per vehicle before you book.
Our home town, and the simplest Kissamos transfer on the island: about 45 minutes from Chania airport for €55 per vehicle. We know every lane in the old town, the hotels along the beach road and the villas in the olive groves around Kaliviani, so there is no hunting for the address at midnight.
A Balos transfer usually means an early start. We collect you from your hotel, drive you to Kissamos port for the Balos and Gramvousa boats (€20 per vehicle) and meet you again when the boat docks in the evening. Prefer the gravel road to the lagoon car park? Book day hire and your chauffeur handles the route.
Falassarna is an hour from Chania airport (€75) and Elafonisi about 90 minutes (€95), passing Chrysoskalitissa monastery on the way. Both make easy day trips from Kissamos: your driver waits while you swim, then takes you home with cold water and towels in the cabin.
A Chania airport transfer to the Old Town takes about 25 minutes and costs €35 per vehicle. We drop you as close to the Venetian harbour as cars are allowed and help carry your luggage to the door. Heading to Platanias, Agia Marina, Stalos or Maleme instead? Tell us the hotel name and we confirm the fixed fare straight away.
Between Chania and Kissamos, Kolymvari and the Rodopou peninsula hide some of the most private villas in Crete. Our chauffeurs know the unsigned turns and the steep driveways, so your holiday starts at the gate instead of a lost roadside.
Arriving by ferry? We time every pickup to the real docking time, at Souda for the overnight ferries from Piraeus and at Kissamos for the Kythira and Peloponnese route. Flying into Heraklion (HER) instead of Chania? We cover that longer run too, with a comfort stop on the way.

Booking Questions
Ideally 24 hours or more before you land, especially from June to September. Last-minute requests are welcome too: call or WhatsApp us and we will confirm availability within minutes.
In the arrivals hall, right after baggage reclaim and customs, holding a name board. We send the chauffeur’s name and phone number with your confirmation so you can reach them directly.
No prepayment is required. Your fixed fare is confirmed at booking and paid on the day of travel. The price never changes because of traffic or a delayed flight.
Yes. Changes are free, just let us know as early as you can. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
A private transfer for up to four guests includes four large suitcases plus hand luggage. A group transfer for five to seven guests takes seven suitcases. Bikes, golf bags and strollers are fine, just mention them in your booking.
